What is provided with your rental:

• Linens/blankets for each bed

• A set of towels for each guest (based on cabin capacity)

• Toilet paper

• Trash bags

• Dishwasher/dish soap

• Small bath soaps

• Coffee Filters

• Dish towel/dishcloth

• Pot holders

• Dish sponge

Suggestions of what to bring:

• Paper towel

• Beach towels

• Cell phones

• Charcoal for grill or you may bring your own grill if you prefer gas
  (we supply charcoal grills only)

The guest is responsible for any extra items they may need.

Deposit of 50% required for all reservation.  Deposit minus $25 cancellation fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 30 days before arrival.  No refunds on early departures.
Full balance and 7% Maine sales tax is due upon arrival.  Cash certified checks or traveler's checks are accepted.  We also accept Visa/MC.
Cell phones are suggested.  We do not have public telephones on site. 

We remain firm on the number of people in cabins - please respect our policy.
